At SMART-TARP®, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your needs. Our “Free of Defects” policy ensures that you receive a product that is free from manufacturing defects. We understand that issues may arise, and we aim to address them promptly and efficiently.

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy covers only items with manufacturing defects. Please note the following:
Returns are accepted if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Returns due to installation errors, misuse, or other reasons unrelated to product quality may not be accepted.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

How to Initiate a Return

We’re committed to making your return process as easy as possible. To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Service team at sales@smart-tarp.com with your order number and details of the defect.
Our team will provide you with a form to fill out, which will detail the order, issues encountered, and possible action steps.
Once the form is completed, our team will review the request and provide instructions on the next steps.

Refund Process

If the returned item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved and processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective product, please follow the return process outlined above.
