At SMART-TARP^TM, we want you to have a great experience with our product and shrink-wrap roof protection services. We value you as our customer, and your satisfaction is our number one goal.   

This limited 1-year warranty begins on the date of receiving the signed “Certificate of Service Warranty” document after installation. It covers deterioration from UV rays as well as detachment from the fixed roof surface as long as winds do not exceed 50 mph. Wind speeds will be verified using a third-party purchased report for dates beginning on the date shown on the Certificate of Service through the date of notification. This 1-year guarantee includes repair of any failed or faulty shrink-wrap installation but does not extend to or imply liability for damage to property, components, or contents due to failure or faulty shrink-wrap roof protection installation.

SMART-TARP^TM agrees to repair any defects in the shrink-wrap roof protection installation that occurred under normally anticipated weather conditions. The shrink wrap roof protection service warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions not normally anticipated natural occurrences such as tropical storm force winds or greater (50+mph), hail, and lightning.

Likewise, it does not cover damage caused by the homeowner, additional contractors, or any individual not employed by SMART-TARP^TM. Damage caused by these sources shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to remedy. It is understood and necessary to fasten the shrink-wrap roof protection with tape, screws, nails, etc., to withstand winds up to 50+mph. SMART-TARP^TM is indemnified and held harmless against any damage that may occur from the process of attaching the tarp to the structure.
